The Engineering Management BSc is designed to acquaint students with the planning, organisation, management and control of engineering, technology, manufacturing, logistics, quality assurance processes and IT issues. Its purpose is to enable technical managers to carry out decision-making tasks, manage groups, develop, manage, perform tasks related to human resources, financial and accounting systems, to define quality and efficiency indicators, to perform operational tasks of production management, to analyse competitors, products, market information systems, develop, implement and control innovative strategies. The graduates possess cooperative, interpersonal skills, communication skills, foreign language skills, sense of responsibility, a sense of quality, assessment and self- assessment, analysis and synthesis capability.
