Graduates gain a professional qualification as a certified HR advisor. The program develops key competencies for HR work including management, consulting, psychology and social knowledge. Graduates gain skills in career counseling to guide clients’ career planning and transitions. The program nurtures community building skills for bringing people together and facilitating connections.

- BA degree in related fields like pedagogy, psychology, sociology, human resources (with official translation in English language).
- Academic records proving the 30 relevant credits are required covering fields like pedagogy, psychology, sociology, economics, law.

Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in the relevant field of study of the programme, a demonstrated proficiency in English (B2 or equivalent), a personal statement (motivational letter), a CV, Two recommendations. Applicants are expected to have a minimum of two years of professional work experience in a field relevant to the program.
