The programme awaits everyone who wish to learn Hungarian language and want to know more about Hungarian culture. The four-week Balassi Summer University offers 80 Hungarian classes and a wide range of colourful afternoon programmes, such as lectures and seminars on Hungarian culture (literature, history, folk and fine arts, movie history, wine culture, etc.), as well as two excursions for both entertainment and educational purposes. Our qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Hungarian as a foreign language teachers, who are always open to the students’ needs, ensure the high standard of language education. The programme ends with a written exam and ensures a certificate to its participants. Balassi Summer University this year is going to be held between the period of 15 July – 9 August 2024 and it is available in a scholarship-form as well as in a self-financed way.
