During our MA in History study program, you can acquire theoretical and practical skills that enable you to pursue individual historical research in one of the following fields: Ancient History, Medieval and Early Modern History, and Modern History. Besides providing a few general thematic courses spanning from Antiquity to the Present, the program focuses primarily on research skills specific to the areas of the chronological divisions mentioned.
The applicant has to submit the following documents by uploading them to the online application portal of the scholarship: Certified and translated (if originals are not in English) copy of transcripts showing satisfactory completion of BA degree, BA degree certificate, CV in English, Motivation letter (introduction plus field of interest, etc.) in 3000 to 3500 characters, Copy of valid passport, Medical certificate, Official copy of the following language exam certificates: Acceptable online language exams: Duolingo online exam from score 110, IELTS Indicator from score 5.5, Official copy of the following language exam certificates: TOEFL (iBT internet-based): 66 points (www.ets.org/toefl), IELTS: Overall Band Score: 5.5 (www.ielts.org), Cambridge ESOL: B2 level (www.cambridgeenglish.org), TELC: B2 level (https://www.telc.net/en.html), ECL: B2 level (http://www.ecl-test.com/). You do not have to submit an official English test result if one of the following criteria applies to you: you have completed your undergraduate studies in the English language (please, upload an official proficiency certificate issued by your previous university).
