Master's level nurses characterise the health status of the population, formulate problems, priorities and aims in public health. They conduct research and analyse technical literature, interpret the results of modern statistical methods, perform tasks of organisation and management related to the nursing process. They are able to perform human resource management tasks related to nursing. Planning budget and writing tenders, planning, realising and evaluating programs, and establishing cooperation between institutions and individuals belong to the tasks of nurses, too. The health care professionals are acquainted with the role and the possibilities of the improvement of health sciences in the life of society, and they are able to characterise the health status of the population. Master's level nurses take part in solving the scientific problems of nursing, in finding new and constructing ideas about the profession and in the promotion of their practical usage.
