The German-language Master's programme in Management and Leadership prepares students to take on management, leadership, and consulting roles in businesses and public administration. The programme offers a comprehensive education in business administration and combines it with a holistic, cross-functional entrepreneurial mindset. While primarily aimed at graduates of business administration bachelor's programmes, it is also open to graduates from other disciplines with the appropriate additional qualifications.
At the core of the M.Sc. Management and Leadership programme is the development of a broad range of methodological competencies and analytical skills applicable in various contexts. This includes the study of current models, methods, and tools for both strategic and operational management, as well as the active development and strengthening of social and leadership skills to enhance entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship capabilities.
The programme places particular emphasis on working through case studies in small groups and embedding business problems within their political, legal, cultural, and historical contexts.
General admission requirements: Very good knowledge of written and spoken German, knowledge of English, a successful entrance examination. Special admission requirements for the M.Sc in Management and Leadership: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics or social sciences or at least 30 credit points in the field of economics, methodological knowledge, business administration and social sciences.

The entrance examination for the Master in Management and Leadership consists of a written and an oral part. The written part is used for pre-selection and consists of an informative exposé (approx. 4 pages), which, in addition to motivation, should in particular describe the applicant\'s specialist and non-specialist areas of interest, a future scientific, social or entrepreneurial project of the applicant, the applicant\'s relationship to studying in Central Eastern Europe, the applicant\'s expectations and goals in relation to the degree programme. Applicants who submit a convincing and coherent exposé will be invited to an oral interview, in which the following key points will be taken into account: clear motivation, long-term objectives, convincing argumentative skills in relation to subject-related and non-subject-related topics.
