The School welcomes Ph.D. students, pre- or postdoctoral young and senior researchers in the above listed research fields for both short term (one semester or less) and full term (six semesters). The Doctoral School is open to build up new cooperations in international research and development projects. The research fields in a short introduction are: Mathematical analysis, functional equations and inequalities, functional analysis, operator theory, differential geometry and applications, group algebra, diophantine and constructive number theory, explicit methods in algebraic number theory, probability theory, statistics and applied mathematics, operational research, theoretical computer science and applications, didactics of mathematics and computer science education.

The professional evaluation of the educational materials (degree, transcripts, results) and the research topic is the task of the relevant Doctoral School. This evaluation is followed by a Skype interview with one of the professors of the Faculty, which aims to check the applicant\'s level of motivation, language skills and professional knowledge. (In case of a missing certificate about the English language proficiency we conduct a Skype interview in order to check the applicant’s English language skills.)
