The aim of the Master’s Degree Programme is to train clinical laboratory research professionals who are familiar with the general and specific rules and requirements of clinical laboratory research, and are capable of actively conducting clinical laboratory research in practice. Our aim is to train professionals who are able to conduct, organise and control the clinical trial and evaluation of medical and other therapeutic procedures and diagnostic methods. They possess the knowledge and skills which makes them capable of getting involved in the development, pre-manufacturing, and the implementation of manufacturing technologies in the field of drugs and laboratory diagnostics. They are qualified to manage clinical laboratory work. They are capable of receiving the newest implications of science and pursuing continuous education. They are able to apply their skills in practice in countries and institutions where the relevant laws, directives and protocols allow them. They are prepared to continue their education in doctoral studies.

Acceptance possibilities: If you have the absolute equivalent Bachelor degree program (Bachelor of Clinical Laboratory Science, Bachelor of Laboratory, Bachelor of Laboratory Science) you can have a direct entry into the program with transferring your credits from the Bachelor into the Master.
A minimum of 40 credits from previous studies in: Medical Biochemistry, Clinical Chemistry, Clinical Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Bioanalitics, Microbiology, Molecular Genetics, Genetics, Cell Biology, Physiology, Cell Physiology, General Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Neurobiology, Neuroanatomy, Cell and Tissue Culture, Animal Testing Knowledge, Histochemistry, Research Management, Hematology and Hemostaseology, Rheology, Flow Cytometry, Microscopic Techniques, Immunology, Toxicology, Mass Spectometry, Separation Techniques, Sampling and Sample Treatment, Laboratory Quality Assurance, Biostatistics.
If you don’t have the above 40 credits from your previous Bachelor studies: under 20 credit points acceptance is not possible, over 20 credits you can enter the program, but have to earn the missing credits at the beginning of the program, as extra courses.

The student will participate in a min 15 minute long Skype interview, based on a certain protocol, to ascertain their competencies in the language thereby confirming that the applicant is competent enough to participate in the foreign language course.
