The undergraduate BSc program of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering is designed to continue a tradition of excellence by providing well-grounded and broad knowledge that graduates of this Faculty can apply immediately in their work and also use as the basis for further studies, and graduating competent engineers who are not only masters of their profession, but also possess an ethical philosophy of engineering based on accuracy and reliability as well as a respect for the human element.

(Regarding the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme, the applicants are evaluated on a 100 point scale. The required minimum to be achieved is 56 points. No applicants shall receive a scholarship offer with an examination result below 56 points.)
